I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The location of this place is ideal, as it is close enough to the caves and the stunning Cappadocia region for easy exploration. Additionally, it is away from the nearest commercial area, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil stay. Moreover, there is a modern shopping mall nearby, making it convenient to indulge in some retail therapy or enjoy a meal at the various restaurants available.
This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury, comfort, and quality service. I would highly recommend it to families seeking a delightful and relaxing stay.

Rooms are well equipped, well decorated, cosy, in very good condition and comfortable. Location is near to the most important attractions in Cappadocia. Very convenient for business meetings (combined with sightseeing), including wireless internet and meeting rooms.
At Booked.net it is indicated that check-in is available at 12:00 in Dedeman Cappadocia Hotel. However, when we arrived, the most tragic situation is that the reception requested us to wait and they promised to deal with us within 5 minutes. However after waiting for 30 minutes, we could not stop us to ask "how long more will we be waiting?" Then it was apparent that they had already forgotten to arrange our room. In a rush effort, they immediately they gave us a room - after30 minutes waiting!!!- with a double bed. We realized this after we went upstairs. They called us from the room line to change it to a twin room, as we requested in our reservation. It was not a good welcome at the first glance in terms of poor service quality of them.

The hotel is in a prime location, near a modern shopping mall but not in the city centre of Konya. It is also close enough to the caves, offering a unique and picturesque view. the rooms are clean and well, maintained, with a pleasant view of the small snow, covered hillock. the breakfast spread is lavish and sumptuous, offering a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel lacks renovation and feels like being in a very well, maintained hotel from the late 80s , early 90s.

Actually it nothing I like about this hotel.
Hotel is horrible. 5 stars is a joke. Huge and very old, not well kept building location Ed in the middle of nowhere. Really bad surprise.

The hotel offered a friendly and welcoming staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the included meals, which featured a variety of delicious Turkish and Mediterranean dishes. It was convenient to have all meals included in the room rate, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying meal without having to leave the hotel. the hotel's location near the gate city to the wonders of Cappadocia made it a great starting point for exploring the area.
That the hotel could use some updates. The AC/Heating units in the rooms were outdated and could be replaced with more efficient split units.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions in the area. It was easy to explore the sights without having to travel long distances. . the hotel rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed.
The service at the hotel was not up to par. There were long wait times for food and drinks, and the staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests.
